Passion, competence and a great desire to enhance, are the characteristics that guide the owners of the Balia di Zola winery. Peculiarities that are poured into their high quality wines that express themselves at high levels and which are increasingly established today.
After careful selection in the vineyard during the harvest period, the grapes are cold macerated (13°C) in the press for about 10-12 hours. A slow fermentation follows in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, aThe end of which we proceed with the batonage technique until the month of January. The wine is then bottled and introduced on the market.
In the glass it shows color straw yellow. Inebriates the sense of smell with seductive and explosive scents that are made up of delicious fruity scents of apricots and ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, followed by floral aromas of broom and a mineral and aromatic background. When tasted it proves to be a full-bodied wine with a good body.
A very pleasant white on the palate, capable of delighting and conquering it. Excellent pairing with sideboard desserts and dry pastries.
