Barbera Colli Bolognesi DOC - Cinti Floriano 2020
VAT incl.
The Cinti Floriano winery to produce this Barbera uses only its own quality grapes grown in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low yields per vine. Thanks to this, there is a reduction in the environmental impact given a lower use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to the quality of the grapes and our existence.
Winemaking is classic in red with maceration and fermentation on the skin until all sugars are used up, at temperatures around 25 °. The aaging is in steel tanks, and bottling is done no earlier than 12 months after the grapes are harvested.
To calyx if it has color ruby red with violet reflections. The bouquet is elegant and vast with the predominance, however, of gentle and typical hints of red fruits from the undergrowth. In the mouth it is sapid and vinous, the tannins are not aggressive and therefore persistently expresses a large and soft volume.
A red that from the very first sip reveals care, passion and respect for nature, characteristics that the cellar particularly cares about. Accompanying it with pasta with meat sauce, meat dishes and aged cheeses will always prove to be a good choice.
