Piera1899 is one of the reference wineries in the North East of Italy; the company has always been devoted to one goal: to obtain the best possible quality in wines characterized by pleasantness and pairing, able to compete with the greatest winemaking traditions in the world.
Pietra di Chardonnay comes from the vinification of grapes subjected to a soft and delicate pressing, from which the must is obtained, then fermented in steel on the fine deposits, to allow it to develop secondary aromas.
In the chalice it has a cintense and brilliant straw yellow color, with golden hues. The nose infuses a pleasant and fruity aroma, where the marked hints of pineapple are combined with notes of apple, pear, dried fruit and honey. On the palate it is very pleasant, characterized by a full and juicy taste of exotic fruit aromas, surrounded by hints of honey and almond.
A versatile wine capable of increasing its complexity if left to mature for some time. On the table it is an excellent combination with light appetizers, soups, eggs and fish.
