The Spumante Millesimato Extra Dry - 075 Carati - Piera Martellozzo stands out for its elegance and refined character, a result of a selected harvest and meticulous production care. Produced by the renowned winery Piera Martellozzo, located in the heart of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia wine region, this sparkling wine represents a superlative expression of the territory.

With an alcohol content of 11.5%, this Extra Dry sparkling wine offers a delicate balance of sweetness and liveliness. Its effervescence is fine and persistent, creating a pleasant perlage that dances in the glass. On the nose, it opens with notes of white flowers and fresh fruits, such as green apple and peach. The addition of light hints of citrus and almond further enriches the bouquet, bringing a fascinating complexity.

On the palate, the 075 Carati by Piera Martellozzo convinces with its harmonious structure and perfect balance between acidity and sugars. The taste is clean, fresh, and invites a second sip. The long aromatic persistence ensures a satisfying and memorable finish.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but its versatility also makes it suitable for pairing with light dishes, seafood appetizers, or, more innovatively, not too sweet desserts that require a touch of acidity to balance the flavor.

In terms of presentation, the Spumante Millesimato Extra Dry - 075 Carati - Piera Martellozzo is packaged in elegant bottles that reflect the quality and prestige of its contents. This selection is an excellent choice for those looking to impress with a high-quality sparkling wine that delights both in taste and aesthetics.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
