Once upon a time in Romagna it was customary to give nicknames to peasant families, these were then handed down from father to son, a particular and rather bizarre tradition which, like the dialects, is unfortunately being lost today.
The work linked to the land is linked to seasonal trends, sometimes very hard, the result of a company is often the work of several fathers and sons, who have worked to get the best out of their land. Bron e Rusèval is a name given in honor of the nicknames given to the Siri and Casadei families, founders of the Celli company.
Producing a great wine and giving it this name was an unmissable opportunity to try and keep remembering a beautiful tradition that is unlikely to survive over time.
For the production, 85% Chardonnay and 15% "Incrocio Manzoni" grapes grown in Bertinoro are used. The refinement is carried out for a period of 6 months in barriques and 3 months in the bottle.
In the glass you can admire its straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense fruity aromas of apple and pineapple arrive on the nose, with aromas of spices, mint and balsamic notes.
An elegant, well-structured wine with good sapidity and minerality that goes perfectly with seafood first and second courses, especially grilled fish, shellfish and raw fish.
