On the nose, the Bolla Rosa offers a charming bouquet, dominated by notes of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, followed by subtle floral nuances and a slight touch of brioche bread, due to its short maturation on the lees.
On the palate, the wine is perfectly balanced: the freshness of the acidity is harmoniously intertwined with the softness of the fruit, all supported by a creamy foam that caresses the palate.
