This wine is an excellent expression of the Rubicone territory, renowned for its high-quality organic wines. The Bianco Rubicone IGP Biologico - Ali Bianco from Podere dell'Angelo is the result of a meticulous selection of organic grapes, cultivated according to principles of sustainability and environmental respect.

The wine stands out for its light straw yellow color with greenish reflections, which leads to a fresh and inviting aromatic bouquet. On the nose, fragrant notes of white-fleshed fruits like pear and apple emerge, enriched by floral nuances and a subtle touch of aromatic herbs, typical of the grapes grown in this area.

On the palate, the Bianco Rubicone IGP Biologico offers delightful acidic freshness, balanced by a soft structure. The flavors of fresh fruit blend with a pleasant minerality, leaving a refreshing and persistent sensation. This wine is ideal to serve as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as summer salads, fish or seafood dishes, and fresh cheeses.

Produced with organic methods, this wine not only delights the palate but also supports a more natural and eco-friendly approach to winemaking. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a fresh and aromatic wine, as well as for those who support sustainable and responsible viticulture. Thanks to its elegant presentation and harmonious flavor, the Bianco Rubicone IGP Biologico - Ali Bianco from Podere dell'Angelo is a valuable addition to any wine collection.
