Fulgor is a tribute to the splendid Romagna Riviera. A label made with a Sangiovese base expertly enriched with Syrah, whose vineyards are grown near the Vergiano cellar, with a North-East exposure and an altitude of about 100 m a.s.l. The grapes are harvested manually towards the second ten days of September; the traditional vinification takes place with a short maceration, without sulfur up to the malolactic fermentation. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for a period of a few months, then it is bottled and marketed starting from the month of April.

It has a bright ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose immediately perceives its immense freshness and its pleasant fruity scents. The sip is elegant and fresh, with fruity and spicy notes, fine tannins and a great drinkability.

An extremely versatile wine, given its exuberant acidity as well as the classic pairings with meat and cheeses, it also agrees with the more typical seafaring tradition.

Production philosophy
The winery follows organic farming practices, avoiding chemical herbicides and synthetic fertilizers, and favors non-invasive cellar interventions. It aims to express the terroir through its wines, with a sustainability approach that includes a photovoltaic system and a phytodepuration tank.
