Fior d'OF Barrique is the Bonollo OF brandy obtained through delicate distillation in a bain-marie still of a mixture of grapes rich in aromas, including the native Corvina and Rondinella varieties used in the production of the prized Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG wine.
This distillate is characterized by its frank and delicate character, characterized by fruity notes that are enriched with vanilla and spicy nuances during the slow aging process in French oak barriques.
