The Cuvée Prestige Edition 46 from Ca' del Bosco embodies the elegance and innovation of Italian winemaking. This Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut is a distillation of tradition and rigor in selecting only the finest grapes to create a wine with a unique and distinctive character.

Ideal for celebrating special moments, the Cuvée Prestige expresses all the freshness and vitality typical of sparkling wines produced using the classical method. The base of this extraordinary sparkling wine is composed of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco, handpicked and meticulously selected. Aging takes place for a minimum of 40 months on the lees, in the bottle, allowing the wine to develop complexity and enticing notes of brioche, white flowers, and a delicate effervescence.

Upon tasting, Ca' del Bosco's Franciacorta Extra Brut reveals an enchanting freshness, an elegant structure, and a harmonious persistence. The citrus notes blend with nuances of white-fleshed fruit, crisp minerality, and a long, savory finish.

The color is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, indicative of a vibrancy that precedes its rich taste. This wine is suitable as a refined aperitif or when paired with delicate fish dishes, seafood appetizers, and white meats.

An authentic expression of the Franciacorta region, the Cuvée Prestige Edition 46 of Ca' del Bosco continues to captivate enthusiasts and collectors, offering an unforgettable sensory experience each time.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.

This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art.
