The Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Edizione 48 from Ca' del Bosco presents a luminous straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage that frames the sip. On the nose it reveals white flowers, ripe pear and a delicate note of bread crust that adds depth; the profile remains fresh and savory, with a creamy texture that envelops the palate without weighing it down. The balance between freshness and substance is convincing, with lingering citrus notes and a slight almond finish that invites a second glass.

It works well as an aperitif wine but also stands up to seafood pairings: oysters, shellfish and oven-baked fish dishes find a good contrast with its liveliness; it is equally successful with creamy risottos and fresh cheeses. Also ideal for celebrating informal moments or more formal occasions. Serve chilled, preferably in a flute or in a large glass to capture the aromatic complexity; it is a Franciacorta that combines precision and conviviality, suitable for those looking for elegant yet approachable bubbles.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
