In the glass it shows a depth that reflects ten years in bottle: a deep, bright straw color, and an aromatic profile that conveys mature yet still lively notes. On the nose there are sensations of ripe yellow fruit, dried citrus peel and light nuances of dried flowers; the sip maintains a good balance between body and freshness, with a sapidity that supports the drinking and a softness that is never excessive. The overall impression is of a white that retains vigor and complexity, suited to those seeking character without aggressiveness. The magnum format amplifies the sense of a slow rhythm and aromatic integrity, making the wine ideal for serving slightly chilled and for company that appreciates taking time with each sip.

Pairs with structured fish dishes, white meats and semi-aged cheeses; it also works well as a contemplative wine, to be poured slowly to appreciate its evolution in the glass.

Winery history
The Zanella family transformed a small farmhouse in the hills of Erbusco into a winemaking project featuring high-density vineyards and cellar innovations. The first vineyards were planted in the late 1960s; commercial production began in the early 1970s with their first Franciacorta and Curtefranca labels. Over the decades the estate has expanded its vineyards, introduced new winemaking techniques and established iconic wines such as the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi and reserve versions.
Production philosophy
The winery states an approach that places listening to nature at its core, balancing tradition and innovation. This is reflected in practices aimed at enhancing the terroir, targeted technological investments to preserve the qualities of the grapes, and cultural initiatives that connect wine and art. Since 2014, the adoption of certified organic viticulture on part of the estate has been reported.
