The peak of excellence of the Vallone house. The most beautiful and bright star. A kaleidoscope of smells and scents, constantly evolving.
It stands out with intense red, almost black colours. Rich in ripe fruit, hints of balsamic and touches of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
On the nose hints of dried and ripe fruits among the juiciest. Extremely structured on the palate, warm and elegant, with flavors of tobacco, dried fruit and vanilla.

It comes from a careful selection of Negroamaro bunches from an old vineyard trained as a sapling. The grapes, brought to maturity first, are then left to dry on racks. The name of the wine derives from the “Graticciaia”. Produced with winemaking and fermentation techniques that are completely different from traditional techniques. When drying is completed, the grapes move on to vinification. Wine aged in French oak barrels. The temperature of the must is strictly regulated throughout the slow fermentation process and the aging is carried out in small wooden barrels.
