The Graticciaia Negroamaro IGP produced by Vallone is a true oenological masterpiece, capturing the deep essence of the Negroamaro grape, grown in Puglia, a region rich in wine-making history. The high quality of this wine is the result of a meticulous vinification process, followed by maturation that takes place both in oak barrels and steel vats, to ensure the fullest expression of the varietal.

On the nose, Graticciaia offers an intensely aromatic bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit such as plums and dark cherries, enriched by hints of sweet spices, tobacco, and a subtle touch of bitter chocolate, resulting from its wood aging. On the palate, it presents a robust and well-balanced structure, accompanied by pleasant acidity and soft but lingering tannins that promise great aging potential.

The rich concentration of the Negroamaro makes Graticciaia particularly well-suited for pairing with intense and flavorful dishes, such as roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for special occasions, where its elegant profile and complexity can be fully appreciated.

With an alcohol content around 14-15%, this wine stands out for its long and pleasingly persistent finish, leaving a lasting impression. It is advisable to decant it for a few minutes before serving to enhance all its qualities.

Ultimately, the Graticciaia Negroamaro IGP by Vallone represents an excellent choice for lovers of intense and structured wines, offering a truly rich and satisfying sensory experience.
