The Grillo Sicilia DOC Organic by Edesia, produced by the Alcesti winery, is a white wine that captures the pure essence of Sicily. This wine is the result of meticulous selection of Grillo grapes, cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, ensuring sustainability and respect for the environment.

Alcesti's Grillo presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its intense aromas of tropical fruit, with dominant notes of pineapple and mango, enriched by nuances of white flowers and a light touch of aromatic herbs. The olfactory approach is fresh and inviting, a prelude to a memorable sensory experience.

On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-balanced. The acidity is lively but not overpowering, perfectly integrated with the wine's structure. The Grillo Sicilia DOC by Alcesti offers a medium-full palate, with a taste persistence that brings back flavors of exotic fruit and a delicate minerality that testifies to its unique terroir.

This wine is ideal for accompanying fish dishes, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine in general. It is also excellent as an aperitif, thanks to its ability to stimulate the palate. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to best appreciate its qualities.

The Grillo Sicilia DOC Organic by Edesia, Alcesti, represents an authentic expression of organic Sicilian wine, an excellent match for those seeking a product that combines quality, respect for nature, and sensory pleasure.
