The Terre Siciliane IGT Organic Hèila Bianco by Alcesti is an excellent choice for those who appreciate high-quality organic white wines. Produced on the enchanting island of Sicily, this wine is the result of cultivation that strictly adheres to the principles of organic farming, excluding the use of synthetic chemicals both in the vineyard and in the winery.

Hèila Bianco is primarily composed of Grillo grapes, a native Sicilian variety renowned for its ability to reflect the island's unique terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand, usually at dawn to maintain the freshness and integrity of the fruit. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, and the must ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel containers to preserve the natural aromas of the grape variety.

In the glass, Hèila Bianco presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, it opens with lively aromas of tropical fruits, green apple, and notes of white flowers, enriched by a slight mineral touch reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate, the wine is lively and refreshing, with good acidity that balances its medium structure and concludes with a clean, persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs splendidly with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and can surprisingly accompany fresh cheeses as well. Serve chilled, between 8-10°C, to fully enjoy its qualities.

The Terre Siciliane IGT Organic Hèila Bianco by Alcesti is a testament to the skill of Sicilian winemakers in producing wines that not only respect the environment but also seduce the palate with depth and genuine character.
