The Jasnières Les Rosiers Sec Tendre from Domaine de Bellivière is an exceptional French wine from the picturesque Loire region. This white wine is distinguished by its unique balance between dryness and a slight hint of sweetness. Made exclusively from Chenin Blanc grapes, it is known for its vibrant acidity and complex structure that delights the palate.

In the glass, Les Rosiers displays a light straw yellow color with bright highlights. The nose reveals enticing aromas of white-fleshed fruits, such as apple and pear, followed by floral nuances and a light mineral touch, reflective of the calcareous terroir where the vines are rooted.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and harmonious, with a sweet entry that gradually gives way to vibrant acidity, perfectly balancing the initial sweetness. The finish is long and pleasantly aromatic, with a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of the fruity and mineral notes detected on the nose.

Perfect as an aperitif, Jasnières Les Rosiers pairs beautifully with delicate fish dishes, seafood, or goat cheeses. A wine that promises to evolve magnificently if allowed to age in the cellar for a few years.
