The Vetere Limited Edition is primarily made from Aglianico grapes, renowned for their ability to transform into deeply aromatic and complex wines. Harvesting is done manually, carefully selecting grapes at the perfect stage of ripeness, to ensure a superior quality wine. The vinification followed is gentle, with brief macerations to extract the right balance of colors and aromas, typical of a high-end rosé.
Visually, the wine presents an intriguing bright pink color with coral nuances. On the nose, intense notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries emerge, enhanced by delicate floral hints and a slight spicy note. On the palate, the taste is elegant, fresh, and persistent, with a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances the fruit, leading to a surprisingly long and satisfying finish.
The Paestum Aglianico Rosato IGP Vetere Limited Edition pairs beautifully with fish dishes, light Mediterranean cuisine, or as an aperitif. It also serves as an excellent companion for vegetarian dishes or those containing fresh cheeses.
This rosé is not just a wine, but a tasting experience that tells of the richness and elegance of the Campanian territory. Its limited edition makes every sip even more special, ideal for collectors and wine lovers looking for something unique in their glass.
