The Gargano area, characterized by calcareous-marl soils and sudden changes in temperature, gives rise to the extract of the Apulian orange which is combined with the juice of Italian oranges to create this drink.
Of an orange color with soft tones, the scent is intense, marked and deep, with strong hints of citrus fruits, spring flowers and herbaceous essences. The sweetness alternates in the mouth with a gentle and balanced acidity, recalling the typical sensations of ripe orange.
It can be combined with fresh and light snacks. Also excellent transformed into a sorbet with the addition of lemon balm leaves and orange peel.
