La Birra del Poeta is a homage to the great writer Giovanni Pascoli. It is produced in Tuscany, a place where the poet retired in the last period of his life at the behest of his sister, despite his firm desire to return to his hometown of San Mauro Pascoli.
A top-fermented spelled craft beer with a very aromatic taste and smell. Of an amber color to the eye, it gives the nose a fragrant and strong citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Upon tasting, from the first sip a particularly bitter taste prevails on the palate, immediately dampened and balanced by the citrus hints of tropical fruits given by the hopping.
This spelled IPA with a strong and bubbly flavor goes well with meat second courses, not particularly mature cheeses, pizzas rich in fillings and appetizing burgers.
