Barolo DOCG Gabutti - F. Boasso is a wine that embodies the richness and complexity of Nebbiolo, grown in one of the most prestigious crus of the Barolo denomination. The F. Boasso winery, a small but high quality winery located in the heart of the Langhe, is passionately dedicated to the production of wines that faithfully express the terroir and tradition of Piedmont.

The Gabutti vineyard is located in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, known for its soils rich in calcareous marl and clay, which give the wines structure and longevity. The Barolos produced in this area are appreciated for their intensity, depth and aging capacity, qualities that F. Boasso's Barolo Gabutti expresses with excellence.

Visually, the wine has a deep garnet red color, with orange reflections that emerge with aging. On the nose, Barolo Gabutti offers a complex and inviting bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, dried flowers, spices and a light mineral trace, enriched by nuances of tobacco, leather and chocolate, the result of aging in wood.

On the palate, the wine reveals an extraordinary structure, with powerful but refined tannins, and a lively acidity that gives freshness and balance. The flavors are consistent with the sense of smell, evolving towards a long and persistent finish, which leaves room for a pleasant aromatic complexity and an aftertaste that invites reflection.

Ideal for accompanying rich and intense dishes, such as red meats, truffle-based dishes, game and mature cheeses, Barolo DOCG Gabutti - F. Boasso is also a meditation wine, which benefits from long aging in the cellar, revealing itself over time. new nuances and depths.

Today the estate is run by Franco and his sons Ezio and Claudio, who manage the vineyards and hospitality.
