Nyetimber è sinonimo di eccellenza nella produzione di vini spumanti inglesi, e il loro Blanc de Blancs non fa eccezione. Alla vista, il Blanc de Blancs di Nyetimber si presenta di un giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi dorati, arricchito da un perlage fine e persistente.
Al naso, emergono delicate note di agrumi, mela verde e fiori bianchi, con un leggero sentore di mandorla tostata e pane appena sfornato, grazie all'affinamento sui lieviti. Questi aromi si fondono in armonia e preparano il palato a un'esperienza gustativa raffinata.
