Lo Champagne Cuvée Louis Hurtebisse Brut di Alain Mercier rappresenta una raffinata espressione della tradizione champenoise. Prodotto utilizzando uve selezionate prevalentemente da vitigni di Chardonnay, Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier, questo champagne si distingue per il suo equilibrio armonioso e la sua eleganza. Alla vista, si presenta con un colore giallo dorato, arricchito da un perlage fine e persistente, segno di una lunga rifermentazione in bottiglia, come previsto dal metodo Champenoise.
Al naso, emergono immediatamente note floreali e fruttate, con sentori di mela verde, scorza di agrumi e delicate sfumature di pesca bianca. Una leggera nuance di mandorla tostata e brioche apporta complessità e raffinatezza al bouquet aromatico. In bocca, è vibrante e fresco, con un’acidità ben bilanciata che supporta il corpo cremoso e avvolgente del vino. La mineralità, caratteristica del terroir da cui proviene, aggiunge struttura e profondità al palato.
Il finale è lungo e persistente, con un piacevole retrogusto di frutti freschi e una leggera nota di lievito. Questo Champagne Brut è ideale da gustare come aperitivo, ma si presta magnificamente anche ad accompagnare piatti di pesce, crostacei e formaggi a pasta molle.
