Wine dilates the perception of time, inhibits, makes people talk, unites people, creates conviviality. Only 2000 bottles of Kudos are produced, a white wine made with grapes from an ancient vineyard. The harvest takes place in the months of October and November. The wine is fermented in 25 hectoliter wooden barrels, where it is then aged for 10 months.

Kudos is a wine that pours into the glass with an intense straw yellow color, a deep and elegant sip, where thickness and acidity play on the razor's edge. A very versatile white, excellent to drink young but also ideal to keep and savor after years. The nose reveals floral aromas, gently intersected with aromatic notes.

An extremely elegant wine, good drinkability and freshness that will accompany you without too many pretensions, in long chats and moments of conviviality at the table. Excellent to taste in combination with sushi and fish-based dishes with multiple cooking and preparations.

Since 1997 he has worked as a consultant in Italy and abroad; in 2007 he was among the partners who founded Tenuta di Fessina on Etna. Terroir and vineyards
Mainly the Etna area and the countryside of Noto in southeast Sicily; Etna's volcanic soils and high-altitude vineyards characterize their wines.
