Tenuta La Ratta adopts production techniques aimed at enhancing and enhancing the aromas and flavors of its wines. In the vineyards, he has initiated a reduction in the quantities produced, with short pruning, thinning out and a strictly hand-picked harvest in small crates.
It pours into the glass with an intense and deep red color, with a foam with violet reflections. On the nose it gives a distinctly fruity aroma among which notes of plum and black cherry emerge, and a hint of almond on the very pleasant finish.
A soft and full-bodied wine, with good persistence and very pleasant on the palate. Its qualities stand out served as an aperitif, or in combination with white or red meats, and not too mature cheeses.
