Ichnusa cruda is a beer with a Sardinian soul, totally linked to the territory and traditions of its great Sardinia. Created for the company's 100th anniversary, it is a unique and special sensory experience, capable of making you retrace the magical spirit of Sardinia with every sip.
An unpasteurized beer, extremely fresh and intense, subjected to yeast microfiltration. A slightly bitter lager, with a compact, fine-grained foam, with a clear appearance and a golden color. A light and pleasant hop aroma, with a light body, and moderately bubbly, a bottom fermented beer.
Ichnusa raw version goes well with all Sardinian dishes, but also with Mediterranean recipes it will not disappoint. Otherwise, enjoy it very cold, alone or in company, after dinner on hot summer evenings.
