After careful pressing of the grapes, the fermentation process takes place in modern stainless steel tanks, where the temperature is carefully controlled between 14 and 16 degrees. The maturation continues in these tanks on the lees until the month of March, until obtaining a straw yellow wine with green hues.
When tasted, it presents itself as fine and elegant on the nose, with fragrances that evoke notes of apricot, tropical fruit and a nuance of tomato leaf. Its finish is rich and persistent.
This wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of fish dishes and risottos. It is the perfect accompaniment to shellfish salads with tomatoes and chives, pasta with prawns and fish soups.
