"Perfumed - Determined - Immediate". The intensity that goes beyond intensity.
Produced exclusively through white vinification which involves 12 months of aging in old French oak barriques and stabilization in steel basins. The wine is then bottled without filtration, before being sold for the grand tasting, it remains in the cellar for 90 months.
This interpretation of the Sauvignon di Kante Riserva is an expression of absolute freshness and softness, giving the palate an incredible experience, a typical emotion of Sauvignon but with an incredible persistence. An intense aroma which when tasted declares a long and pleasant flavor linked to the typical aromas and flavors of Sauvignon.
