The Seren Moscato Passito, presented by the Metilde Agricultural Agency in an elegant Vellum in a wooden case, is a sweet wine of rare intensity and complexity, kept in 375ml bottles. This passito is produced from Moscato grapes, harvested late and left to dry to concentrate sugars and aromas, reflecting the essence of the terroir in which they are grown.
Visually, the wine presents itself with an intense golden, almost amber color, which heralds the olfactory and gustatory richness that is about to be revealed. On the nose, Seren Moscato Passito offers an extraordinarily aromatic bouquet, with dominant aromas of dehydrated apricot, acacia honey and floral notes of jasmine and rose, enriched by a light touch of sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove.
In the mouth, the sweetness is well balanced by the natural acidity of Moscato, creating a pleasant sensation of freshness that integrates perfectly with the richness of the body. The flavors of candied fruit, honey and vanilla blend in a long and persistent finish, which leaves room for delicate notes of candied citrus fruits and a light minerality in the aftertaste.
This passito is ideal as a meditation wine or to accompany complex desserts such as dried fruit cakes, blue cheeses or foie gras. It is also magnificent served with dark chocolate or as a conclusion to a special dinner.
The wooden case presentation makes it a highly attractive gift for sweet wine enthusiasts and collectors, promising to evolve beautifully for many years to come. A wine that celebrates the art of sweet winemaking with elegance and style.
