A wine that stands out for its careful winemaking process and its strong character. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, maintaining a controlled temperature of 26/28 °C. The grape varieties are vinified separately, ensuring particular attention to each. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously during aging in the same concrete tanks, giving the wine a unique aromatic complexity. After bottling, the wine rests for a further 3 months before being introduced onto the market, allowing harmonious maturation.
When tasted, it has a ruby red color and violet reflections. The aromatic bouquet evokes wild strawberries, moss, fresh grass and liquorice, creating an intriguing olfactory experience. In the mouth, the wine offers an excellent balance between freshness and tannins.
It lends itself beautifully as a companion to any meal. It can accompany typical Tuscan soups, broths, first and second courses, enhancing their flavours. Furthermore, it is an ideal accompaniment for medium-aged cheeses, cold cuts and cured meats.
