In 1929 Poderi dal Nespoli was born, a historic and important company from Romagna that has been able to combine family tradition with a new entrepreneurial project. The name of wine, Le Coste, derives from a local dialect word used to indicate a road or a downhill path, such as the slope of the mountain on which the vineyard is planted.
The vineyards are located on the hills of Forlì, and are cultivated on medium-textured soils (silt 44%, sand 32%, clay 24%).
In the glass this wine shows a pale and limpid yellow color. Floral and fruity aromas of citrus and green apple arrive on the nose, with balanced acidity and the typical sapidity of Trebbiano. An extremely light, very fresh and fruity wine that is very pleasant on the palate.
Excellent to combine with local cuisine soups and pasta with vegetables, perfect with shrimp cocktail, fried fish or monkfish with black rice salad. An ideal glass to be consumed every day, also recommended when paired with fresh cheeses.
