La Bionda is an apparently classic and traditional top fermentation beer, but which hides a lot of passion and a unique and inimitable taste. This light beer with a lively golden yellow color and a white foam with a fine and abundant grain, can be defined as a German Ale. The bouquet is fragrant and light characterized by notes of cereal and hops herbaceous touches. The mouthfeel is rich and fresh and the very pleasant carbonation make it an easy drink with a slender body.
La Bionda is a dynamic, thirst-quenching and versatile beer that is well suited to any occasion. The liveliness and verve of its bubbles given by its carbonation make it excellent in combination with appetizing aperitifs with fried and batter. Also excellent served as an accompaniment to vegetable-based first courses, white meats, soft cheeses and pizza.
