Barricaded Beer - Born from the "Trip in Barrique" project which sees the use of oak barrels that have housed the best Calabrian wines, and in which the beer is now barricaded; thus mixing the inspiration of the master brewers and the fragrance of the barrels.
Amber Craft Beer. It has a dark amber color, and with a soft and abundant foam. At the sip it shows a great balance between sweet and malty notes with a dry and slightly bitter finish.
A complex beer at the sip and elegant, opens with small red fruits, bergamot honey, cherries in alcohol (the cocktail one), orange liqueur, prunes, pine bark and with sudden and short spicy flashes.
Fermentation in an open tank, then passing into Barrique in American oak barrels. It goes beautifully with red meat dishes, or grilled or with great aged cheeses.
