Trhibu has a beautiful amber color, a fine and persistent foam develops when poured. On the nose, particular, resinous and balsamic hints arrive first, followed by fruity aromas of citrus, orange and tropical fruits, with notes of papaya and passion fruit.
It is particularly appreciated for its balanced and round taste, and for its citrus and resinous lash given by the mix of hops that prepares for a long finish.
An American IPA with particularly pronounced bitterness and medium body, perfect with risotto with aged cheeses, tagliatelle with game sauce, grilled or baked meat.
