La Beer del Poeta is a tribute to the great writer Giovanni Pascoli. It is produced in Tuscany, a place where the poet had retired in the last period of his life at the behest of his sister, despite his firm desire to return to his hometown of San Mauro Pascoli.
A high fermentation spelled craft beer, the white version has a pale yellow color in the glass. The white label represents the most drinkable, fresh and elegant recipe, which presents a vanilla aroma to the taste, mixed with slight hints of citrus and very pleasant licorice.
A recipe that includes a skilful mix of spices, mixed with wheat malt and unmalted spelled, keeping the barley malt at the base. It is perfectly suited to delicate and not too tasty dishes, aperitifs, not too stuffed pizzas and white meat dishes.
