Menabrea Strong is a light double malt beer, a low fermentation Lager with an alcohol content of 8 °.
The characteristic notes of Pils combine with the high alcohol content to give life to the inimitable 150 ° Strong by Menabrea.
It has a golden color and has a great body and a balanced taste between sweet and bitter. It is characterized by clear hints of malt, a sweetish beginning that balances with the final hint of intense hops.
This is why we see it perfectly matched to cured meats, red meats and aged cheeses.
