This amazing extra virgin olive oil flavored with truffles is produced in Puglia by the Galantino oil mill.
An emerging condiment which, with its particularly strong and aromatic taste, is increasingly widespread and used and is traveling the world to enrich first and second courses.
During the milling, fresh seasonal truffles are mixed with the olives, to ensure that the oil has a completely natural flavour. A specialty to try recommended by Apulian Food Line.
Its particularly intense and appetizing taste is ideal for seasoning risottos and pasta, flavoring carpaccio or scrambled eggs. Excellent with cheese and ham.
