The Franciacorta Brut Millesimato DOCG from San Cristoforo is a superb expression of elegance and refinement, perfectly embodying the spirit of the Franciacorta area. This sparkling wine is the result of a rigorous selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, grown in the vibrant terroirs of the well-known and family-owned San Cristoforo estate.

Aging on the yeasts for over 30 months helps develop a remarkable complexity, enriching the bouquet with nuances of fresh yeast and toasted bread that blend harmoniously with notes of ripe fruit, green apples, and a subtle streak of citrus. On the palate, the Franciacorta Brut Millesimato DOCG is vigorous and fresh with an extremely fine perlage that caresses the palate, leaving a creamy feeling that lingers in a persistent and very balanced finish.

The color is a bright straw yellow, with greenish reflections that testify to its freshness. Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine also pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood, creating a culinary pairing of fine elegance.

This Franciacorta is not just a beverage, but an experience that invites the taster to appreciate the passion and dedication with which it was created. Each sip is a journey into the heart of Lombardy, where nature, tradition, and innovation meet to create a sparkling wine of unquestionable quality and pleasure.
