This wine is produced exclusively with Torbato grapes, an ancient native varietal of Sardinia, which the Sella & Mosca winery cultivates with passion and dedication in the picturesque vineyards of Alghero.
The cuvée 161 takes its name from a particular block of the "Terre Bianche" vineyard which stands out for its soil rich in limestone and clay, ideal conditions that give Torbato its distinctive minerality and elegance. The coastal microclimate, with its sea breeze, further contributes to enhancing the freshness and aroma of the wine.
