The Lambrusco Spumante Brut Rosè IGT from Corte Manzini is a magnificent expression of freshness and liveliness, perfect for those who appreciate sparkling wines with a distinct and seductive character. Produced in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, an Italian region renowned for its rich wine-making tradition, this bottle stands out for its unique organoleptic characteristics and elegant presentation.

Sporting a lovely rosè color with bright reflections, this sparkling wine presents an engaging bouquet of fresh red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and a subtle note of wilted roses that entice tasting. On the palate, its vibrant acidity harmoniously combines with a delicate and persistent mousse that enhances the flavors of ripe red fruit, culminating in a pleasantly dry and clean finish.

The winemaking is meticulously handled, beginning with the careful selection of Lambrusco grapes to controlled temperature fermentation, followed by the Charmat method to ensure the maximum expression of bubbles and wine aroma.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Lambrusco Spumante Brut Rosè IGT from Corte Manzini also pairs beautifully with raw fish dishes, light starters, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for celebrating special occasions or adding a touch of sophistication to convivial moments.

Invite your customers to fall in love with this sparkling wine that not only represents Italian wine quality but is also a testament to the elegance and pleasure that only a good glass of wine can offer.

Winery history
Founded by the Manzini brothers in 1978, the estate has remained family-run; it cultivates its own vineyards on an extensive agricultural holding. The family manages all stages in-house, from pruning and hand-harvesting to winemaking and bottling, with clearly defined roles among members.
Production philosophy
It favors control of the entire production chain: estate-owned vineyards, manual harvesting and limited yields to obtain healthy grapes; fermentations are overseen in the cellar and production is carried out with a focus on the quality of the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Ca' di Sola, in the municipality of Castelvetro di Modena, the estate operates within the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC territory in the hilly area of Emilia-Romagna.
Awards and recognitions
The winery lists numerous national and international awards: medals in competitions such as Douja d'Or and Matilde di Canossa; awards and placements in guides; and recognitions described as the Città dei Vini award at the Campidoglio. The winery is also cited by Merum among the best producers of Lambrusco in certain years.
