On the palate, the Lambrusco Grasparossa Amabile by Corte Manzini reveals its amiable character, balanced by a pleasant acidity. The sweetness is well balanced, making this sparkling wine extremely drinkable and never cloying. The fine, lively bubbles dance on the tongue, bringing a freshness that invites another sip.

Winery history

Located in Ca' di Sola, in the municipality of Castelvetro di Modena, the estate operates within the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC territory in the hilly area of Emilia-Romagna.
