The Pigolaia Rosso IGT Toscana, produced by the renowned I Tirreni winery, represents an authentic and captivating expression of the Tuscan terroir. This red wine is the result of meticulous selection of grapes grown on the lush hills of the region, where the Mediterranean climate and rich soil impart unique characteristics to the vineyards.

Pigolaia is distinguished by its intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections that develop with aging. On the nose, the bouquet is complex and inviting, with predominant notes of ripe red fruits like cherries and plums, enriched by spicy nuances of black pepper and a slight hint of vanilla, a testament to its elegant aging in barrels.

On the palate, the wine presents itself as structured and well-balanced, with a finely crafted tannic texture that promises excellent evolution over time. The acidity is lively yet harmoniously integrated, supporting a long and persistent finish marked by impressions of dark fruit and a light mineral vein.

Pigolaia Rosso IGT is ideal for accompanying robust Tuscan dishes such as roast meats, game, and aged cheeses. Its versatility also makes it an excellent companion for convivial evenings or as a refined gift for wine enthusiasts.

To best preserve its qualities, it is recommended to serve Pigolaia Rosso IGT at a temperature of about 18°C, after letting it decant for a few hours. This will allow it to fully express the richness and complexity of its character.
