The Falanghina DOC from Feudi di San Gregorio is a bright and fresh specimen, produced in the Campania viticulture region, an area that celebrates its richness and diversity through aromatic white wines. This wine is made from Falanghina grapes, a vine that has found fertile ground on the gentle volcanic hills of the area, benefiting from the freshness of sea breezes and powerful sunlight.

It presents a straw-yellow color with bright and lively reflections. On the nose, it is distinguished by its intense aromas of fresh fruit, such as green apple and peach, with floral notes reminiscent of acacia and orange blossoms. The addition of slightly spicy nuances further enriches the olfactory bouquet, making it complex and invitingly pleasant.

On the palate, the Falanghina from Feudi di San Gregorio surprises with its lively and exuberant entry, with a freshness that remains constant and encourages the next sip. The balance between acidity and body is well managed, giving the tasting experience a lean but enveloping character. The finish is clean, with a slightly mineral aftertaste that reflects the volcanic land of origin.

This wine is an excellent choice to accompany a variety of light dishes, ideal with grilled fish, seafood, or as an aperitif. Its liveliness and freshness also make it perfect for pairing with fresh cheeses and vegetable-based dishes.

Serve chilled, at about 8-10°C, to appreciate all its nuances. The 375ml bottle is perfect for intimate occasions or small gatherings, always ensuring an optimal tasting experience.
