Les Chenevottes is a specific climat (a vineyard appellation specific to Burgundy) within Chassagne-Montrachet, known for producing wines of notable finesse and complexity. Winery history

Founded in 1750 in Beaune, Chanson is one of Burgundy's oldest maisons. In 1999 the estate became part of the family group associated with Bollinger, which supported the modernization of the vineyards and the winery. In recent years the estate has expanded its vineyard holdings and has begun converting to organic practices, with the first certified harvest recorded in 2024.
