The wine has a warm color, with slightly coppery nuances. It's an inviting sight, suggesting the complexity of flavors to come.
As for the scent, it reveals itself as an authentic explosion of aromas. Notes of bitter orange and apricot emerge, accompanied by a clear mineral character. It's like an olfactory journey between toasted barley, flint and smoky peat nuances, with a touch of wild herbs such as fennel.
