Wine that has always accompanied the traditional Modenese gastronomy, the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro di Manicardi is produced thanks to a careful refermentation in autoclave, a practice that leads to a naturally sparkling and very pleasant wine. Excellent entry wine, ideal for getting to know the world of the Modenese Hills, it can also be drunk fresh, especially in summer. Bright ruby red, with a rich froth. The nose expresses very fragrant notes of red fruit, cherry and blackberry, embellished with a clear vegetable appeal. In the mouth it is dry, savory, harmonious and very pleasant.
