Particular Red Sparkling produced in Emilia Romagna. And we know that the Emilia and Romagna people are a bit of a gamble in every sense. Here this Lambrusco represents precisely this expression of risk; the pleasure of red combined with the sparkling of a white wine.

Wine that has always accompanied the traditional Modenese gastronomy, the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro di Manicardi is produced thanks to a careful refermentation in autoclave, a practice that leads to a naturally sparkling and very pleasant wine. Excellent entry wine, ideal for getting to know the world of the Modenese Hills, it can also be drunk fresh, especially in summer. Bright ruby red, with a rich froth. The nose expresses very fragrant notes of red fruit, cherry and blackberry, embellished with a clear vegetable appeal. In the mouth it is dry, savory, harmonious and very pleasant.

For the more daring who have the desire to try new combinations, we expressly recommend the combination with Sushi; while for the more traditionalists the combination with meat always remains a winner.

In the early 1980s, Enzo Manicardi immediately fell in love with the hills of Castelvetro and immediately wanted to let those who enjoy its beauty savor its flavor. The combination of ancient peasant knowledge and modern intuitions have given rise to an ambitious project.
