The Passerina quality is a grape typical of the Adriatic Sea coasts, called in this way because of the high sugar content of its berries, so juicy and sweet as to attract sparrows.
Among the most appreciated for its slim taste and particularly juicy flavours. It has a shiny straw yellow colour.
The nose reveals aromas of wildflowers and jasmine, young and crunchy notes of plum and aromatic herbs. While the taste is fresh with excellent flavor and juicy and dry body.How to serve
