Pigato grapes, cultivated with dedication according to the principles of organic farming, give life to a wine from the bright straw yellow color, which reflects the bright Ligurian coast.
On the nose, inviting aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and notes of ripe peach are revealed, creating an elegant and summery bouquet. The first sip is an embrace of freshness, dry, enveloping, with a strong acidity which, together with the savory perception, makes it a highly drinkable wine, despite its alcohol content.
And meditation wine, but also the ideal companion for fresh fish dishes, Ligurian cuisine and light cheeses.
