The Chianti DOCG from Fattoria dei Barbi enchants wine lovers with its rich heritage and deep-rooted Tuscan traditions. Originating from the hills of Chianti, renowned worldwide for their terroir particularly suited for viticulture, this wine is an iconic example that best expresses the Sangiovese variety.

Visually, the Chianti DOCG presents an intense ruby red color, which anticipates the complexity of aromas about to unfold. On the nose, notes of cherry and plum emerge, accompanied by hints of spices such as black pepper and a light touch of vanilla, resulting from aging in barriques.

On the palate, the wine exhibits a medium to robust body with well-balanced tannins and a lively freshness. This well-balanced structure makes it suitable to pair with a variety of dishes, from platters of cold cuts and cheeses to more structured red meat and game dishes.

Another distinctive feature of this Chianti is its lasting taste. The long and pleasantly aromatic finish invites another sip, making each glass a memorable experience.

Producers like Fattoria dei Barbi are known for their dedication and commitment to producing high-quality wines. Each barrel is meticulously cared for, ensuring that only the best wine reaches your cellar.

This Chianti DOCG is not just a wine, but a journey into Tuscan tradition and excellence, proving to be an ideal companion for every special occasion or a precious gift for every wine enthusiast.
