The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from Fattoria dei Barbi represents one of the most noble and prestigious expressions of Sangiovese, a symbol of excellence in the Tuscan wine landscape. This wine enjoys global recognition for its intense structure and aging capability.

Fattoria dei Barbi, with a winemaking history that dates back to 1352, continues to cultivate its vineyards located in the wonderful area of Montalcino with dedication and respect for tradition, integrating modern agricultural practices that ensure environmental sustainability. The geographical location, unique microclimate, and galestro-rich soil are elements that lend distinctive characteristics to this Brunello.

Fattoria dei Barbi’s Brunello di Montalcino DOCG features an intense ruby red color, which tends toward garnet as it ages. On the nose, it unfolds complex aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, chocolate, and a light balsamic note. On the palate, the wine is extraordinarily rich and well-balanced, with robust yet rounded tannins and a persistent finish that leaves an impression of elegance and power.

This Brunello pairs ideally with hearty dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is also a wine that can be masterfully aged, developing greater complexity and aromatic nuances over the years.

For those seeking a wine that combines tradition, complexity, and longevity, the Brunello di Montalcino from Fattoria dei Barbi is a choice that promises to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
